Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator
This policy describes the Wattberry marketing website operated by Lumena Energy, LLC, operating Wattberry. Our mailing address is 323 N Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401. Contact info@wattberry.com for privacy questions. Account registration, applications, credentials and cohort activity occur on app.wattberry.com and are governed by the notices and agreements presented there.
2. Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional organization, hiring details and message. We use this information to respond and discuss the services you request. The form emails the inquiry to info@wattberry.com. Please do not submit passwords, government identifiers, medical information or confidential student records.
3. Newsletter subscriptions
Newsletter signup sends your email address directly to our Wattberry Staffing audience in Mailchimp, an Intuit service. Mailchimp handles signup responses and any confirmation it requires. We use the subscription to send Wattberry news. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Mailchimp processes information under its own privacy statement, available at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/.
4. Browser storage
Saved featured job IDs are stored in this browser under wattberry.featured-shortlist.v1 and do not sync to an account. The introductory animation uses session storage to avoid repeating within a tab session. The contact form uses a secure session cookie for request protection. Remove saved jobs through the controls or clear website storage in your browser.
5. Hosting and connected services
Our host Bluehost processes ordinary request information such as IP address, browser information and requested URLs. The contact endpoint keeps submission-attempt timestamps keyed to a digest of the connection IP to limit repeated submissions over a rolling hour; the temporary file may remain until hosting cleanup; it does not store inquiry contents in that file. We load public jobs, employer logos and the restricted demonstration Passport from app.wattberry.com. These requests disclose connection information to the receiving service. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Use and retention
We use inquiries to answer requests and maintain the related business correspondence. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but does not by itself delete a Mailchimp contact record. We may retain an unsubscribed record to honor the opt-out. You can separately request deletion; lawful retention and suppression requirements may still apply. Hosting logs, email records and service-provider backups follow their respective configured retention practices. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we will assess the request and any legal or operational need to retain records. The marketing site does not accept job applications or credential evidence through its inquiry forms.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access and obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, delete it, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain consequential profiling. This marketing website does not use advertising pixels, sell form submissions, or make automated employment decisions. Send requests to info@wattberry.com. We verify identity as appropriate, explain any denial, and respond within applicable legal deadlines without unlawful discrimination. To appeal, email the same address with Privacy Appeal in the subject. You may also contact your state privacy regulator, including the Minnesota Attorney General at https://www.ag.state.mn.us/Data-Privacy/.
8. Questions and changes
Email info@wattberry.com or write to 323 N Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401 with privacy requests. Include enough information to identify the interaction, but do not email sensitive identification documents. We may need to verify your request before disclosing or changing personal information. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
