1. Website and operator
This marketing website is operated by Lumena Energy, LLC, operating Wattberry, 323 N Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401. It introduces Wattberry services and links to the application. These website terms do not replace the agreements presented for app accounts, staffing engagements, training programs or paid tasks.
2. What Wattberry connects
Wattberry connects Job Seekers, Employers and Workforce Partners in clean energy. Workforce Partners may support training, manage cohorts and follow student progress without employing or hiring students. Website content and an inquiry alone do not create employment, a recruitment engagement or a training agreement. Specific services, fees and obligations must be agreed separately.
3. Listings and demonstrations
Imported job listings may change or close. Confirm availability, duties, qualifications, pay and application instructions with the actual employer. A listing does not guarantee a job, interview or offer. Sample gigs, the Morgan James dashboard and Jordan Ellis demo credentials are illustrative, not available work or verified qualifications. Paid tasks require their own scope, reward, acceptance and payout terms.
4. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false information, impersonate someone, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, send spam or submit malicious content. Provide another person’s information only when you have authority and an appropriate basis to do so. Do not send sensitive documents through general inquiry forms.
5. Website content and other services
Branding, photographs and other website materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Appearance of a third-party logo or link does not transfer rights to you. External websites and the Wattberry app have their own terms and notices. Review those before applying, creating an account or accepting an engagement.
6. Availability and contact
Website content and features may change. We do not promise that every listing remains available or that using the website will result in placement, earnings, credential recognition or a student outcome. Questions about website content or these terms can be sent to info@wattberry.com.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes the marketing website’s inquiry forms, newsletter signup, browser storage and connected services. You can contact info@wattberry.com with questions. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
